Obviously it is Google and Google have their own similiar things, but I hate those Google apps, this REALLY lets it down for me. I'm unable to do what I bought it for though, that was for taking minutes at meetings in Word, it doesn't allow Microsoft to be installed. My son can play Roblox and Minecraft on it, so it runs basic games fine, the speakers are loud enough with the keyboard raised at the front. I've moaned a bit about it, but it is quick and efficiant, battery last ages. I know it has a touch screen but it's a glassy sort of screen that shows fingerprints easily. This one seems to get much warmer than the other Chromebook we have. The speakers are in a really odd place too, they get louder as you raise the keyboard up, they don't really fire forward if you have the screen in the laptop position. The screen is nice and clear, I hate the shell though, it's that slightly metalic look that looks really tatty after a while, I don't like the keyboard either, the buttons are very low and a bit light for my liking. This is ok, it's at the budget end so don't expect too much. I got this on Black Friday, I also bought another Chromebook of a different brand, I wish I bought 2 of the other!
